Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Vibe Puzzle: Photo Solitaire, a mobile game provided by Chewing Alpacas Games, Romania. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.
1. Who we are

2. Your right to use the Game
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store or platform from which you downloaded the Game.
3. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the Game;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law;
- use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools;
- interfere with the Game, advertising systems, analytics, security, or other players' experience;
- use the Game for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
4. Game progress and availability
The Game may store progress, settings, and related gameplay state on your device. We may update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for technical, legal, security, or gameplay reasons. We do not guarantee that the Game, specific levels, events, or features will always be available or error-free.
5. In-app purchases and ads
The Game may include advertising and optional purchases, such as a remove-ads offer. Purchases are processed by the relevant app store or payment provider, not directly by Chewing Alpacas Games. Store terms apply to payments, cancellations, refunds, and purchase verification.
A remove-ads purchase is intended to remove third-party ad placements from the Game after the purchase has been recognized. It may not remove store pages, legal notices, service messages, analytics, crash reporting, or content that is not advertising.
6. Intellectual property
The Game, including its software, artwork, user interface, design, text, logos, names, gameplay elements, and other content, is owned by Chewing Alpacas Games or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license stated in these Terms.
7. Third-party services
The Game may use third-party services, including app store services, advertising networks, analytics, crash reporting, and hosting providers. These services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party websites, ads, or services that are not controlled by us.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it before using the Game.
9. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age required to enter into these Terms in your country, you may use the Game only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or that all errors will be corrected.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chewing Alpacas Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice in the Game, on this website, or through another reasonable method. Your continued use of the Game after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
